Since then, Dave has patented and trademarked several different insert and accessory products with the help and expertise of Davalor Mold. Their engineers, staff and advanced technologies are a tremendous asset to the Turbo brand and ensures we adhere to only the best manufacturing practices to produce the finest quality insert products in the bowling industry.

Davalor Mold, founded in 1979 by brothers Dave, Alan and Orman Bernhardt, is a plastic injection molding corporation located in the northeast suburbs of Michigan. Specializing in prototype and production tooling, Davalor Mold is an ISO9001:2008 registered manufacturer which services many tier-1 auto suppliers including TRW, Autoliv, Delphi and others.

Machines-Small-PartsDavalor Mold prides itself on being a full service manufacturing facility with in-house tooling and production capabilities. It employs high-tech machinery including wire EDM, CNC EDM, high speed milling, CAM Tool and SurfCAM and relies on Solidworks CAD for tool design and construction. With heavy emphasis in auto production, Davalor has acumen for tight tolerance mechanical components such a seat belt (safety) and electrical car components.

Davalor has over 71 injection molding machines ranging from 55 ton to 310 ton. Many of these machines incorporate robotic interface to speed up production and can be customized with single feed loader systems and bi-direction feeders based on manufacturing needs. Davalor works with all engineered grades of resin producing both high and low product quantities.
